End-User Licence Agreement
Last updated July 2026
This EULA is the agreement between you and Pascal Zagarolo, trading as 13x.audio (“we”, “us”), for each software product you licence from us (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software, you accept it.
The licence we grant you
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on machines you own or control, for both personal and commercial music production. Music and audio you create with the Software is yours — no royalties, no clearance, no attribution required.
Activation
The Software may require a licence key and occasional activation. Your licence is for your own use — keep your key private. Moving your licence to a new machine is fine; if activation ever gets in your way, get in touch.
What you may not do
- Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share or redistribute the Software or your licence key.
- Repackage or redistribute the factory presets or samples as a competing preset pack or instrument.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or defeat the licensing — except to the extent the law expressly allows.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Software, its code, design, branding and presets. Any third-party or open-source components are used under their own licences, noted in the product where required.
Updates
Your licence includes updates within the product’s major version at no extra cost. Where a product is sold as “early access”, it includes the updates described on its product page. Major new products are separate purchases unless stated otherwise.
No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. You’re responsible for backing up your projects and presets. This does not exclude any warranty or right that can’t be excluded under the law that applies to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this licence is limited to the amount you paid for the Software, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Term and termination
This licence lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it; on termination you must stop using and delete the Software. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
