We want you to actually like what you buy. Where a free demo is available, try it first — and if a purchase still isn’t right, we offer a straightforward refund.

14-day refund

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue one, no drama. Because our products are downloadable software, we ask that you try any available demo build first to make sure it runs in your setup.

Your EU withdrawal right

If you’re a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For downloadable digital content, that statutory right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent — which you give at checkout so you can download straight away. The 14-day refund above is offered as a goodwill policy on top of your statutory rights.

How to request one

  • Email support@13x.audio from your order email, or use the “request a refund” link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
  • Include your order number (it’s in your purchase confirmation).

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. On approval, the associated licence is deactivated. Banks typically take a few business days to show the credit.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles). Bundle refunds apply to the bundle as a whole. Nothing here affects your mandatory statutory rights.
